TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In order to secure your booking, we require a £50 deposit. 

We will send you an invoice which you will then need to pay via bank transfer. 

Your booking is not secured until this has been paid.

7 days prior to the event we will send another invoice with the remainder to be paid. If this is not paid before the event taking place the booking will be cancelled with no deposit refund. 

CANCELLATION

• If you chose to cancel your booking earlier than 7 days prior to the event you will receive a refund. If it is cancelled within 7 days prior to the event a refund will not be given. 

• R1R2 GAMING reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time. This may be due to illness, bad weather conditions, technical issues or family emergency- in the event of any of these taking place we will offer to rearrange the booking or to grant a full refund. 

• We also reserve the right to cancel if we are unable to park in a safe, suitable space or cannot access a safe, suitable power point. In the event of this the event will not go ahead with no refunds given.  

ON SITE

• It Is the customers responsibility to ensure there is suitable parking, meaning the ground is flat and there is a safe enough space to manoeuvre into the parking area.

• It is the customers responsibility to ensure their are no obstructions in the way when manoeuvring the vehicle, for example neighbours should be aware so their vehicle is not obstructing the van; failure to do this will effect gaming time.

• Unsuitable parking areas such as yellow lines, disabled space or somewhere which could result in a parking fine will be the customers responsibility to pay the fine.

• We will park where the booker allocates us to, providing it is safe and suitable. However, if there is damage to the drive or ground allocated to us we accept no responsibility. 

POWER

• We require access to one standard plug within 14 metres of our allocated parking space, if we are unable to access the plug socket or the plug socket is deemed unsafe we have the right to cancel with no refund given.

AGE APPROPRIATE GAMING

• It is the customers responsibility to inform R1R2 GAMING of any games they deem inappropriate. It is their responsibility to ask the other parents if they have any requests to block game access to particular games. The booker must inform us of this and we will act accordingly. 

BEHAVIOUR

A responsible adult is always required to supervise children throughout the event.

• Any Damage caused to our Equipment or Van during the event we have the right to stop the party. In the event of this happening the customer will be billed for the repair or replacement. 

• Any improper behaviour such as bad language or misuse of equipment will result in them being removed from the vehicle. 

SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS

• A responsible adult is required at all times to supervise the children throughout the event.

• All members of staff have been DBS certified.

• R1R2 GAMING have full public Liability insurance.

• No food or drink allowed inside the van unless the staff have granted permission. 

• No smoking or vaping.

PICTURES AND SOCIAL MEDIA

• We will ask the customers permission if we can take pictures and videos during the party to use for our social media content. It is the bookers responsibility to ask all attending children's parents if they consent.  

INTERNET AVAILABILITY

• Our Van is equipped Starlink to enable online gaming.

• If we are unable to connect due to reasons which are out of our control we may request to connect to the customers home WiFi- if we are unable to do so we will offer to reschedule the party.

• If the package requires online gaming and we are unable to do so we may offer an alternative package.
